No. This course is beginner-friendly and designed to teach dispatching from the ground up. Everything is explained step by step, even if you have no prior industry experience.

This is a live, instructor-led course held via Zoom. You’ll attend real-time sessions, ask questions, and learn through practical examples—not just videos.

The course runs for 4 weeks, with live sessions every Saturday from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (CT).

Yes. Students receive a Certificate of Completion after successfully completing any Top Tier Dispatch course and attending the required sessions.

Yes. In addition to dispatch operations, the course covers business setup basics, pricing models, dispatcher agreements, carrier onboarding, and how to operate legally and professionally.

Yes. The course clearly explains what dispatchers can and cannot do legally, how to stay compliant, and how to avoid common mistakes that get dispatchers shut down.
